What took years to put on could take as long depending if you’re willing to meet me half way. What do I mean for meeting me half way?
Follow healthy eating habits to the best of your ability. Exercise to the best you can as even 10 minutes a day is a start. Choosing to eat smaller portions, choosing to not go to buffets and if you do have only 1 plate or have half what you normally ate at a buffet. This is only an example of working with me to get your desired change. We all know how to lose excess weight. The problem becomes when we get upset, bored, eat while watching tv, etc. So with hypnosis I can help you faster by having you take in these positive healthy suggestions you already know faster, efficient than what it normally would. This creates the ability to reduce your weight.
I can’t force you to do anything you normally wouldn’t want to do already. Example is you don’t want to quit smoking or lose weight. If you already truly don’t want the help and you enjoy it too much to not follow suggestions then no it won’t help you. You have to be willing to make the change in your life and all I do is empower you to get these wants met.
